Job description
Qualee (qualee.com), a leader in onboarding and employee engagement solutions, is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting up appointments for the Sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct cold outreach to potential B2B clients via email and LinkedIn.
- Research market insights and utilize B2B contact platforms to identify potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure alignment with the product.
2. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions using our CRM system.
- Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Report on key metrics such as lead generation numbers, conversion rates, and outreach activities.
4. Collaboration & Handoff
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Provide feedback and insights with commercial teams to improve outreach strategies and align with overall company goals.
Contribute positively to the team culture while working remotely.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
