Join Degreed's team as a Sales Development Representative to identify, prospect, and qualify leads for the growth of our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential new prospects and clients through deep account/contact research, outbound calls, and emails, social media outreach, and in-person events
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team with key decision-makers
  • Leverage sales tools and technology, such as Outreach, Salesforce, DemandBase, and SalesNavigator, to optimize outreach processes efficiently
  • Develop a deep understanding of Degreed's platform and how it addresses the needs and goals of corporate learning and development and broader business strategies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of leads
  • Partner with Sales Directors to develop deep account planning and outreach strategies, while multi-threading opportunities to progress the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead progress in our CRM system
  • Aid in execution and communication of events (in-person and virtual) to drive attendance and optimize lead and pipeline generation
