Requirements

  • 8+ years selling into the healthcare space. Ideally with direct sales experience to healthcare systems
  • 2+ years selling data and analytics solutions
  • 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
  • 5+ years selling in the B2B Software space
  • Experience working with G-Suite: Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets, etc
  • Advanced understanding of working with SFDC or relevant CRM
  • Excellent, clear verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude and a selfless approach to teamwork
  • A proven โ€˜problem solverโ€™ with the ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling startup organization
  • Travel is required 10-20% of the time for conferences and onsite customer meetings
  • BA/BS or similar college-level education

Responsibilities

  • Successfully hire, train and lead a team of high-performing sales executives and lend a direct hand in their progression toward success
  • Establish key expectations and processes which enable your direct team to work efficiently and effectively in building and executing against Net new and expand sales targets
  • Work complex sales cycles that require multiple touch points and meetings with different key stakeholders. Lead and develop all strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Responsible for building, growing and optimizing our sales pipeline and scaling / optimization tactics
  • Partner closely with your SDR counterpart while leveraging professional networks, knowledge of accounts and developing an action plan to aid in identifying new opportunities and prospecting activities
  • Lead our discovery, use case and value creation activities to relevant healthcare segments
  • Collaborate with strategy, product, marketing, enablement and customer success to iterate and improve our GTM approach, value creation articulation and sales effectiveness / efficiency
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Act as a key thought leader and domain expert for the healthcare vertical at Placer
