Requirements
- Proven track record in a sales or business development role
- Experience with payments, stablecoins, and crypto would be advantageous
- A strong network across PSP, remittance, neo/digital banks, digital brokers, EOR, wallets, and P2P lending companies
- Proven track record of managing relationships and winning new business
- Experience successfully managing multiple sales processes & projects at the same time
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and proactively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and building lasting partnerships
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities by identifying, targeting, and engaging prospective clients within the PSP vertical
- Develop strategic partnerships and foster long-term collaboration with PSPs, remittance companies, neo/digital banks, digital brokers, EOR providers, wallets, and P2P lending companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders to support business growth
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely progress and achievement of revenue targets, including commercial negotiations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs
- Establish good relationships with prospects and clients to secure referrals, to establish a quality contact network to meet long-term sales objectives
- Understand the clientβs business and identify where BVNK can continue to develop its technology to be an innovative solution provider within the crypto banking & payments industry
- Ensure a smooth handover of sales to the onboarding and account management teams and act as a point of escalation for any issues the client has
- Fully engage with prospects, selling the company as a partner, not a list of features or product attributes
- Work effectively internally with Technical Support, Product Management, and Executive Management teams
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
