Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, dealership operations, or fleet management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, start-up environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Extensive networking connections within the trucking and fleet business
- Knowledge of SaaS sales and the ability to be creative in the sales process
- Capacity to conduct thorough customer needs analysis
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads within the trucking, fleet management, and automotive sectors, including OEMs, dealerships, and rental companies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to deeply understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the client's services and solutions, showcasing the value they bring to clients in the automotive and trucking industries
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling, effective pipeline management, and successful negotiation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new opportunities
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
