Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries
  • Strong understanding of automotive logistics, dealership operations, or fleet management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, start-up environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Extensive networking connections within the trucking and fleet business
  • Knowledge of SaaS sales and the ability to be creative in the sales process
  • Capacity to conduct thorough customer needs analysis

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads within the trucking, fleet management, and automotive sectors, including OEMs, dealerships, and rental companies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to deeply understand their business needs and present tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the client's services and solutions, showcasing the value they bring to clients in the automotive and trucking industries
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic selling, effective pipeline management, and successful negotiation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new opportunities
  • Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
