Join Shopkick as a dedicated Sales Planner in a fully remote position, collaborating with the Sales and Account Strategy teams to create compelling proposals that drive growth for Key, Target, and Secondary accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in Mobile/Digital Planning: Someone with 2-4 years of experience in digital, mobile, or retail planning, ideally within an agency, publisher, or on the client side
  • Account Management Knowledge: Familiarity with managing accounts, particularly Key, Target, and Secondary ones
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, manage time, prioritize tasks, and pay attention to detail
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: The ideal candidate should be comfortable solving problems and suggesting new ideas
  • Self-Directed: Look out for training and learning new things, being able to identify areas of improvement and knowing when to ask for help when stuck
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and basic math skills are necessary
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues and clients is essential, along with a professional approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage RFPs: Handle the Request for Proposal (RFP) pipeline for various account levels (Key, Target, and Secondary accounts), ensuring responses are timely and relevant
  • Build Proposals: Use knowledge of Shopkickโ€™s platform, user insights, and marketing trends to craft proposals that align with both client goals (like KPIs) and Shopkick's financial objectives
  • IO Generation: Work on Insertion Order (IO) generation, a document for finalizing terms of advertising campaigns, using internal or external systems
  • Optimize Campaigns: Collaborate with Account Strategy and Ad Operations teams to improve campaign performance, such as pacing (keeping up with targets) and conversion (user actions)
  • Competitive Analysis: Update Shopkickโ€™s monthly report on competitors, to keep the company informed of market trends and competitor positioning
