Requirements

• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a network of high-quality sales professionals, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, industry events, and job boards
• Work closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals and culture
• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability to improve recruitment efforts
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and representing the company's values and culture throughout the hiring process
