• Education: BE/B.Tech/ B.Sc Graduate
• Experience : 3+yrs
• Working hours: 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST
• Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process
• Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision
• Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC)
• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements
• Generate daily reports and update them
• Evaluate candidate for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
• Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required
• Communicating with the consultants on a monthly Basis and update about submission and interviews
