Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Education industry with a network to show
  • Proven sales acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and executive presence
  • Expertise in managing a sales funnel, forecasting, and use of sales tools
  • Ability to work to understand and overcome the competition
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of new School Partners
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups
  • Drive for Results: challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same
  • Strategic Mindset: comfortable developing tactics that support how we increase impact in the classroom

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with new School Networks
  • Create and execute sales plans, set, and achieve sales goals, and secure new school partnerships
  • Lead the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the operations team
  • Meet your quota responsibility by developing a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline in line with the addressable market
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers where you are credible and trusted
  • Expand our existing customer base by building and maintaining executive relationships with key customers
  • Develop sales forecasts and collect, evaluate, and provide market, customer, and competitor intelligence
  • Prepare quotations and respond to RFPs
