Summary
Join Veriff's GTM Division as a Senior Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for enterprise clients in the Americas. As the primary point of contact, you will manage all stages of client integration, from scaling and adoption to product expansion. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolve customer issues. Success in this position requires significant experience in SaaS account management and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience as an Account Manager within the SaaS industry focused on enterprise, strategic accounts
- Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention
- Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Veriff Product team and our customers
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
- Develop trust and relationships with our customers
- Ensure growth and product utilization within our customer base
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Veriff services according to customer needs and objectives
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the EMEA region and a good understanding of the regulatory requirements within markets/territories
- Communication skills in FR, DE or ESP
- Previous CSM/AM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry
- Experience working for a global scaleup/startup
