Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Storable's key Clients to drive product adoption, renewals, and Client satisfaction by delivering consistent value
• Consult with client and collaborate on onboarding plans unique to each client
• Set-up and configure customer accounts with extreme accuracy as needed in partnership with Implementation
• Strategize with clients on an ongoing basis and manage account customization to ensure alignment with their business goals
• Secure executive visibility into Storable’s business results and strategic initiatives
• Identify patterns in Client usage to improve product adoption and organizational effectiveness
• Partner with Storable’s product and engineering teams to translate Client feedback into actionable product requirements
• Share strategic insights and operational best practices across the Client Success organization and the broader Storable team
• Utilize CRM tools to accurately track Client interactions and progress
• Facilitate and participate in Client business review meetings to ensure alignment and success
• Communicate overall Client health and escalate at-risk accounts when necessary
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and internal stakeholders to foster an open, collaborative work environment
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication, scheduling, and execution of initiatives
