Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in federal government contracts administration is required
- Senior-level experience in creating information, presentations, communications, and data management using automation with tools such as: Microsoft, including Teams and SharePoint, and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Atlassian Tools including JIRA, and Unanet
- Ability to build collaborative business relationships both internal to the company and with external customers
- Strong Contract data knowledge
- An aspiration to grow into a Contracts Manager
- Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance
- US Citizenship or be a Permanent Resident
Responsibilities
- Perform subcontract management and related administrative duties for STS and 3 Joint Ventures including maintaining and organizing contract documents
- Maintain and update compliant templates for all STS Contract requirements (Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TA), Subcontracts, Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTA), Work Orders (WO), Master Services Agreements (MSA), etc
- Review and negotiate Subcontracts (incoming and outgoing) and Vendor Agreements interfacing with Prime Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants and Vendors
- Assist Business Development with completing non-disclosure agreements, and teaming agreements
- Ensure Automation is employed for all Contract management, reporting, compliance and forecasts using Unanet, Microsoft, Atlassian, or other internal applications
- Ensure compliance for all MAS Schedule Contracts including STS initiated MODS and Mass Mods, IFF and CAF payments and reports, IOV Audits
- Maintain compliance with SAM, SBA, FAR, and other federal and state regulations including support for data calls to maintain compliance with governmental requirements, as well as agency audit requirements on an ongoing basis
- Be part of the Services and Support group to maintain ISO certification, and CMMI Level 3
- Manage Corporate Business Insurance and ensure COIs are updated for all Contracts
- Support delivery/task order execution through Contract Modifications, Program Control, Invoice Reviews, and Closeouts with a focus on mitigating STSβ risk while meeting the customerβs needs in accordance with governmental requirements, as well as agency audit requirements on an ongoing basis
- Review and assist in preparation of responses to solicitations, Contractual documentation, Requests for Information, Quotes, Proposals, Market Surveys, and business/price proposal volumes and identify and mitigate risk consistent with sound business practices, company policies, and government regulations
- Proactively assess critical contract obligations and contract provisions, to include gaps and risks
