Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required
  • Minimum of 10+ years in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within medical diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industries
  • Background in oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred; experience with oncology GPO liaison highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Define Natera’s core value propositions for oncology-related key account partnerships
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing plans that align Natera’s oncology products and partnership solutions with the specific needs and goals of national and regional oncology care networks
  • Monitor product performance in key organizations, identifying growth opportunities and addressing gaps to meet objectives
  • Lead, hire, and train a team of four Regional Marketing Managers responsible for regional sponsorships, speaker programs, and generating provider insights
  • Develop engaging materials for c-suite and senior leadership within key accounts, enhancing partnership opportunities
  • Present marketing strategies, progress, and outcomes to Natera’s executive leadership
