Join Palta's team as a Senior IFRS Manager and lead the preparation of financial statements under IFRS, manage a team of 2 IFRS analysts, and oversee the optimization of financial processes in NetSuite.

Requirements

• ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Proven experience in managing small teams
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimising financial reporting processes from the ground up is a strong advantage
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, capable of leading audit processes and interacting with external stakeholders effectively
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial statements under IFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors, addressing audit queries and ensuring timely audit completion
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations, establishing and maintaining Group accounting policies
• Manage a team of 2 IFRS analysts
• Lead and manage the Financial Reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of monthly closing in NetSuite
• Oversee the optimisation of financial processes in NetSuite
