Remote Senior IFRS Manager

Summary

Join our team as a dynamic and motivated Senior IFRS Manager to manage financial statements under IFRS, coordinate with external auditors, and lead financial reporting processes. As a key member of our team, you will ensure full compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations, while also overseeing the optimization of financial processes in NetSuite.

Requirements

• ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
• Proven experience in managing small teams
• Demonstrated experience in building and optimising financial reporting processes from the ground up is a strong advantage
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial statements under IFRS
• Coordinate with external auditors, addressing audit queries and ensuring timely audit completion
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial regulations
• Establish and maintain Group accounting policies
• Manage a team of 2 IFRS analysts
• Lead and manage the Financial Reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of monthly closing in NetSuite
• Oversee the optimisation of financial processes in NetSuite
