Requirements
Strong background in IT infrastructure, network management, and system administration
Responsibilities
- Have strong experience in identity access management and governance, to include single sign-on, identity federation, enterprise directory architecture and design, and resource provisioning; Okta preferred
- Help us automate IT process using tools and scripts that can reduce manual intervention
- Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills across the organization
- Have deep technical knowledge of MacOS
- Experienced with MDM software like JAMF and Kandji
- Strong experience with Service desk platform, ticketing platform; Zendesk Preferred
- Adaptable - Quickly shift between technology stacks
- Good Understanding of a variety of network and security protocol
- Knowledge of standard business practices, products and services in SaaS environments
- Understand the user On-borading and Off-boarding requirements and be someone where users can reach out for any IT / Network support
- Create a world class onboarding experience for new employees, we want the WOW factor when someone joins
- Be able to timely work with Vendors & users for any IT related issues that may include but not limited to - Laptops, servers, Networking devices, WIFI, Conference rooms, SaaS applications, VPN, G Suite, email phishing etc
- Administer and optimize collaboration tools, including G Suite, Slack, Okta,GitHub, Confluence, Jira, PagerDuty, Teams etc
- Create detailed technical and procedural documentation
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team and the broader organization
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-5 years of strong IT experience
- Very strong knowledge of SSO, MFA and user identity management domain
- Advanced understanding of SAML, OAuth, and SCIM standards and protocols and practical knowledge of their implementation
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to collaboration tools and data handling
- The ability to identify root causes of issues
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience working on multi-functional, cross-team projects
