Summary
Join PandaDoc's Data Team as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge insights infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Director of GTM Analytics, you will play a key role in migrating to a new data infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, various BI tools) and generating impactful data-driven recommendations for marketing and other business areas. You will analyze marketing campaigns, develop strategies, segment customer databases, partner with stakeholders, enhance attribution models, create predictive models, collaborate with engineers, document metrics, and create Tableau reports. This role offers significant visibility and impact within a rapidly growing company.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics or similar
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics area with proven track record of success helping to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, ROI, revenue, and CAC
- Deep understanding of key marketing channels (Google Ads, Paid Social, Organic, Direct)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau
- Available under American time zone
Responsibilities
- Regularly analyze key marketing campaigns and metrics and come up with tactical and strategic recommendations for spend optimization and performance improvement
- Develop marketing strategies based on deep analysis, industry knowledge, and business goals to improve profitability and marketing ROI
- Segment our prospect and customer database based on behavior and demographics and help create highly targeted marketing strategies
- Partner with key GTM stakeholders including Marketing leadership and campaign managers to identify key opportunities, the biggest gaps and defining optimal growth strategies
- Enhance & implement multi-touch attribution model for B2B business to better understand the overall customer journey
- Create forward looking models to predict future marketing pipeline impact
- Cooperate with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineering to create best in class marketing data models
- Document key definitions and marketing metrics as one SSOT
- Create clear reporting structure in Tableau for marketing analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Have worked for a B2B startup in the past
- Have experience with modern data stack (DBT & Snowflake)
- Have experience with Salesforce, Hubspot
