Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities specifically related to top-of-funnel activities and brand performance
  • Develop, refine, and maintain sophisticated marketing dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide detailed and actionable insights to drive strategic marketing decisions. Focus on both proactive and reactive analysis to support continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies, particularly in acquisition and brand analytics
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data, sales, finance, and operations, to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical support for various marketing initiatives
  • Offer high-level analytical support for strategic marketing projects, including market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance optimization, with a specific emphasis on acquisition strategies

What you’ll be spending your time on:

Have you done this kind of stuff?

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL. Advanced skills in data visualization and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation systems) are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Not a must but a great advantage:

Background in marketing analytics.
