Remote Senior Network Engineer

Summary

Join Huawei Enterprise Team as a Senior Network Engineer to perform technical design & plan for network projects, implement Huawei products, provide remote support, and build enterprise level network infrastructure systems.

Requirements

• Be familiar with routing and switching technologies and principles
• Have experience in planning and designing large-scale campus networks
• Have experience in WLAN network planning and design
• Be familiar with the RADIUS authentication and authorization schemes of at least one vendor
• Have HCIP, professional level network or above level network certification of any vendor
• Have good communication skill of English reading, writing and speaking

Responsibilities

• Perform network project technical design & plan
• Implement Huawei switch, router, security, network management & analysis software and Wireless (WLAN) products
• Provide technical remote support for network projects
• Build, provision, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise level network infrastructure systems
• Diagnose problems, make reasonable report to customers and project team
• Provide project/solution implementation in coordination with partners and/or cross-functional team members
• Provide technical support, handle problem analysis and provide other required service to company’s agents and other valued service partners
• Provide support and guidance to company’s service partners which relate to technical enquiry, issue analysis, technical solution and document
• Assist and audit network design and solution for company’s partners and customers
• Recognize problems need to be escalated to HQ and keep track of the whole process flow
• Resolve single and cross technology incidents independently, and work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents
• Plan and execute product demonstrations and proof of concept tests in the pre-sales cycle in close cooperation with the product sales team

Preferred Qualifications

Have knowledge of carrier networks MPLS and SDWAN technologies
