Requirements
- 2-3 years of compensation program development experience
- 3-5 years of data management and analytic experience
- Strong compensation tools/system experience
- High-growth SaaS and/or technology industry experience
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive compensation analysis initiatives, ensuring Bloomerang pay structures remain competitive, fair, and aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess job roles and compensation, delivering strategic recommendations based on data insights while keeping systems updated
- Proactively oversee the collection and analysis of people data, translating complex data into actionable insights and working alongside HR and organizational leaders to implement data-driven HR strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members and organizational managers on matters related to HR analytics and compensation
- Propose and implement process improvements, innovative tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance analytical efficiency and accuracy
