Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in People Operations & Analytics or a similar analytical & operational role
  • Ideally a strong understanding of compensation, token allocation, and compliance, ideally with experience managing token or equivalent equity programs (RTUs, RSUs, etc.)
  • Proficient in HR systems (HiBob) and data analytics tools, with expertise in developing and analyzing KPIs
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth startup/scale-up environments, ideally in remote or asynchronous setups
  • Ability to independently identify operational gaps and implement data-driven solutions
  • Proven financial and operational acumen, capable of managing payroll, benefits, and compensation analytics with a focus on driving business impact

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert on token pool planning, compliance, and allocations
  • Develop and maintain people analytics dashboards, tracking key metrics like headcount, retention, and benefits usage
  • Work with Finance to deliver payroll, benefits, and cost analysis, including 401k reporting, benefits cost-benefit analysis, flexible time off analysis, etc
  • Maintain 100% data accuracy and integrity within HR systems (HiBob), ensuring efficient reporting and seamless compliance monitoring
  • Drive policy development on topics such as parental leave and offsite guidelines
  • Lead the evaluation of external HR service providers (e.g., Deel, Toku) to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership and various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of people initiatives
