Summary

As a self-driven leader, you will collaborate with multiple highly technical, cross-functional teams to define product strategies and co-collaborate on technical strategies to achieve your vision.
Requirements
- Experienced product leader with a track record of designing innovative products and experiences
- Experienced technical leader, having led complex software projects that pertain to affiliate product programs, e-commerce and basket-building
- Hypothesis and data-driven to inform priorities and decision-making, conceive experiments, measure outcomes, and improve understanding around consumer-focused experiences
- An effective communicator and collaborator including with engineering, Design/UX, analytics, operational departments, and external partners where necessary
- Able to thrive in uncertainty and comfortable with a high degree of ownership and bias for action; youβre a driver rather than a passenger
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with multiple highly technical, cross-functional teams by defining the product strategy and co-collaborating on technical strategies to achieve your vision
- Understand key pain points and opportunities within your product journeys and deliver innovative software solutions across the app and web to drive consumer, partner, and business outcomes
- Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering fun and easy affiliate shopping journeys that start with Fetch
