Remote Product Analytics Lead

Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills: Excel / Google Sheets wizard
• Expert SQL knowledge
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• 5+ years of experience in analysis-heavy roles
• Experience with Looker/LookML or other data visualization tools

Responsibilities

• Mine our data for insights that inform critical decisions and help us improve our products
• Define KPIs, build dashboards and other tools that help us monitor them, and roll them out to our organization
• Partner with business stakeholders to enable strategic decision making
• Interface directly with affiliates to ensure our partnerships are successful
• Support our Operations team as they help our licensed insurance sales agents become maximally effective
• Help our product and engineering teams prioritize projects and evaluate their success, including A/B tests
