Remote Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on API products
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex API concepts
• Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and modern API design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly in marketing technology or ABM
• Familiarity with account-based marketing concepts and technologies
• Experience with developer relations or developer marketing

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Demandbase's APIs, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of API products
• Develop and maintain API documentation, including usage guidelines and best practices
• Educate and work with sales and marketing teams to position and promote API offerings effectively
• Analyze API usage metrics and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings in the API space
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure seamless integration across Demandbase's product suite
• Act as the primary point of contact for API-related inquiries from internal teams and external partners
