Senior Product Manager

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in product
• Have a big bias for action → You are a “débrouillard”, and understand the value of speed & Execution
• Have strong communication skills
• Speak English & French
• Have a strong pragmatism
• Have a solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms
• Have a strong business acumen
• Know how to successfully lead a team
• Be humble (and look for clues that you are wrong)
• Be curious (always asking questions and learning new stuff)

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Squad - either for one of our products or a Squad within one of our products
• Be accountable for success metrics for the Product or part of the Product you lead
• Understand the market and customer needs
• Identify the best possible product evolutions
• Prioritize product evolutions
• Work hand-in-hand with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience
• Have a strong focus on the go-to-market (GTM) with the Marketing team to ensure the impact is reached
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, our industry, and our product vision
• Build relationships with lemlist users, and have a deep understanding of them
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience, "aha" moment, conversion to paid accounts and increase initial user success
• Successfully act & iterate on those opportunities with your squad, resulting in a consequent impact on the targeted KPIs
• Win the trust of your squad teammates and other important stakeholders
• Positively impact the company’s revenue through solutions you’ve helped launch
• Establish yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage
• Influence the product vision by suggesting transformative developments for the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Can easily process and synthesize information
• Have a great tech literacy
• Know how to wireframe designs
• Have Product Design experience
• Have Growth/Revenue operations/Sales experience
