Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join lempire as a Senior Product Manager to lead a product squad and drive success metrics. As a Squad Lead, you'll understand market and customer needs, prioritize product evolutions, and work with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product. Scale-up experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Speak English & French
• Strong pragmatism
• Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms
• Strong business acumen
• Know how to successfully lead a team
• Humble (and look for clues that you are wrong)
• Curious (always asking questions and learning new stuff)

Responsibilities

• Lead a Product Squad - either for one of our products or a Squad within one of our products
• Understand the market and customer needs, identify the best possible product evolutions, prioritize them, work hand-in-hand with developers and designers to build an amazing product experience
• Have a strong focus on the go-to-market (GTM) with the Marketing team to ensure the impact is reached
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, our industry, and our product vision within 3 months
• Built relationships with lemlist users, and have a deep understanding of them within 3 months
• Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience, 'aha' moment, conversion to paid accounts and increase initial user success within 3 months
• Successfully acted & iterated on those opportunities with your squad, resulting in a consequent impact on the targeted KPIs within 3 months
• Won the trust of your squad teammates and other important stakeholders within 3 months
• Positively impact the company’s revenue through solutions you’ve helped launch within 12 months
• Establish yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage within 12 months
• Influence the product vision by suggesting transformative developments for the company within 12 months
