• Deeply passionate about data and insights and using them to inform your decisions
• Adaptable and flexible with an openness to new ideas
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS products
• Evidence of tangible results from identifying product opportunities that you have brought to market and have resulted in positive business growth

Responsibilities

• Create and refine a product strategy that aligns with the company strategy, including creating and owning the roadmap
• Work collaboratively with your Pod to conduct continuous product discovery and deliver compelling product offerings
• Own product activities from end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, and go-to-market activity
• Collect & analyse relevant data & metrics to make better decisions and share learnings across the company
• Become a voice of the customer and an expert on the business
• Act as a leadership and culture driver without formal authority
