Remote Senior Product Manager, Network and Claims

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare or a related field
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products
• Experience using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and data analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and how to implement them effectively in product development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with claims processing, healthcare payments, or healthcare benefits management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for healthcare solutions, aligning with Nomi Health’s mission and business objectives
• Utilize healthcare and user data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, inform product decisions, and ensure products are delivering measurable value to customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, infrastructure, design, data analytics, and marketing to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions that address customer pain points and drive outcomes
• Lead the development of product features that simplify complex healthcare processes, such as claims processing, direct payments, and real-time data analytics
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, payers, providers, and public sector partners, to gather insights and ensure that products meet their needs and expectations
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with market demands
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success of products and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Partner with UX teams to create empathetic user-friendly experiences that prioritize the needs of healthcare consumers, employers, and providers
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to ensure that Nomi Health remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation
