Remote Senior Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide oversight for a team of contractors and their projects
• Lead development of project schedule
• Ensure government requirements in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are met
• Monitor and report on contract financials
• Conduct detailed analysis and research to support organizational initiatives and decision-making processes
• Develop and present high-quality presentation decks for senior executives within VBA, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with senior executives, creating reports, and memos, and delivering verbal presentations
• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant managerial experience managing projects/programs
• Experience with evidence-based policymaking under the Evidence Act of 2018 is a plus
• Experience leading projects or project teams
• Experience working on efforts in the VA
