Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably at least 3 years
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the development of comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with executive leadership to understand long-term staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning
- Manage executive-level recruitment, including C-suite and leadership positions
- Utilize executive search techniques to identify and attract top talent in the industry
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and staffing requirements
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market insights, and best practices
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team
- Contribute to the professional development of team members through coaching and training
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
- Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and trends
