Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably at least 3 years
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the development of comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand long-term staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning
  • Manage executive-level recruitment, including C-suite and leadership positions
  • Utilize executive search techniques to identify and attract top talent in the industry
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and staffing requirements
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market insights, and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team
  • Contribute to the professional development of team members through coaching and training
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and trends
