As an Experienced Recruiter, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top-tier talent. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates will be critical to ensuring the growth and success of your team.

Your Tasks

• Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

• Lead and execute the development of comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to understand long-term staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.

• Executive Search and Engagement:

• Manage executive-level recruitment, including C-suite and leadership positions.

• Utilize executive search techniques to identify and attract top talent in the industry.

• Talent Acquisition Strategy:

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives and staffing requirements.

• Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market insights, and best practices.

• Employer Branding and Networking:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand.

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations, and networks.

• Mentorship and Development:

• Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team.

• Contribute to the professional development of team members through coaching and training.

• Metrics and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Provide regular reports and analysis on recruitment metrics and trends.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably at least 3 years.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.

Languages

• Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
• Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.

Requirements

• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up
