- Are eager to learn, excel, and stay updated on the latest HubSpot features and best practices
- Balance priorities effectively and drive results for enterprise clients
- Relevant HubSpot certifications across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations)
- Strong foundation in CRM, marketing automation, and service platforms
- Proficiency in capturing technical requirements
- Experience with architecture mapping and ERD creation for complex HubSpot implementations
- Familiarity with custom code actions and programmable automation in HubSpot
- Understanding of API integrations; experience with CRM Development using Python, Node.js and/or GraphQL is a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, and ETL solutions like Skyvia, Hightouch or Zapier is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through a comprehensive discovery process to understand their unique needs and goals with HubSpot
- Extract and develop user stories from client meetings, translating them into functional requirements for HubSpot and related platforms
- Create detailed build plans that meet deadlines and stay within scope, including deliverables such as architecture maps and ERDs
- Work cross-functionally in a team setting to service enterprise-level clients effectively
- Assess marketing, sales, and service requirements, current tech stacks, and business objectives to define optimal system configurations
- Map out future state processes and customer journeys to implement HubSpot effectively across all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations)
- Handle complex HubSpot configuration tasks, including data capture, automation engineering, CRM setup, and user adoption strategies
- Develop and execute sophisticated nurture campaigns to boost engagement and support demand generation measurement
- Streamline data flow through an integrated marketing, sales, and service strategy, enhancing lead intelligence for more effective prospect conversations
- Optimize lead hand-offs and nurturing processes using automation and data capture techniques across all HubSpot hubs
- Make extensive use of HubSpot reporting and analytic tools including datasets and attribution to enhance client insights
