Requirements

  • 8-10 years in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines optimally within a dynamic environment
  • Experience in delivering training both in-person and remotely
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
  • Analytical - Experience using data and analytics to advise decision-making, with a track record of setting, tracking, and measuring goals to drive accountability
  • You're able to navigate complex processes and foster champions
  • A track record of creating documentation / onboarding plans in the past that have built successful sales organizations

Responsibilities

  • Develop / build comprehensive GTM onboarding
  • Manage the Field calendar inclusive of continuous learning programs for both pre and post sales teams and in-person events like QBRs
  • Coach, mentor, and guide the teams in product, skills, and industry knowledge
  • Manage Highspot / content strategy
  • Conduct product training and use case trainings
  • Manage usage and enablement of tech stack to optimize use of tooling
  • Develop Revenue Leadership Enablement program and cadence
  • Oversee RKO (Revenue Kickoff) and other large scale events as needed
