Summary

Join Thirdera as a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to help our clients unlock business and customer workflows in the cloud through digitization and automation. As a member of the solution consulting team, you will provide ServiceNow customers with business value-oriented, inspirational decision support. Your responsibilities include identifying, documenting, presenting, and discussing potential ServiceNow solutions to client business needs, maintaining a level of ServiceNow expertise, leading responses to Request for Information/Proposal documents, and staying current on product developments/releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ITIL Foundations Certified
  • 4+ years working with ServiceNow
  • Experience with facilitation and business case development
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ServiceNow development or process leadership experience
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve complex business issues
  • Effective at building and maintaining customer relationships

Responsibilities

  • Identify, document, present, and discuss potential ServiceNow solutions to client business needs
  • Maintain a level of ServiceNow expertise that allows confident, experienced-based recommendations and scoping questions
  • Lead the response to Request for Information/Proposal (β€œRFP”) documents
  • Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and scoping
  • Investigate and share competitive landscape intelligence and differentiators between Thirdera and competitors
  • Craft concise and compelling proposals and statements of work (β€œSOW”)
  • Provide enablement to the sales team about ServiceNow enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
  • Responsible and accountable for investigating and understanding client challenges such as business drivers, evolving business needs, security, customer satisfaction, employee turnover, manual and/or ad hoc process
  • Responsible for identifying and communicating client success factors such as business requirements, desired outcomes, corporate/personal value, revenue growth, CSAT/ESAT improvement
  • Serve as a confident ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings / marketing events
  • Identify and communicate client ROI and value in proposal presentations
  • Prepare customer estimates and statements of work
  • Fully participate in presales team collaboration, innovation, coaching, and enablement activities; commit to constant refinement and growth of the presales craft in both yourself and others
  • Collaborate with practices and services to understand project lessons learned and solution strategies; share these with presales and sales teams
