Remote Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Technology

Summary

Join our Business Technology engineering teams as a Senior Technical Program Manager to guide discovery and support the delivery of in-product experiences, platform capabilities, and product integrations that deliver significant value to Jobber’s “go to market” (revenue) teams.

Requirements

• Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role
• A track record of building and shipping multiple products or technical solutions that have successfully delivered value
• Experience in SAAS business and an understanding of the basic SAAS metrics that lead to business success
• Execution excellence. Creating insights is one thing – leading and driving execution is another
• Next level communication skills
• A shipping mindset
• A data-driven mindset
• A strong technical background which enables you to engage with engineers about architecture and technical considerations that impact backend systems, and a desire to learn what you don’t know to help drive decision making

Responsibilities

• Take on the responsibilities of a Scrum Team “Product Owner” for our in-house engineering teams
• Be responsible for product vision and strategy
• Deliver features and technology solutions that make an impact on our internal teams
• Build a plan, implement it, and then measure success
• Be responsible for cross-functional program management
• Uplevel the team
