Remote Senior Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join our fast-growing Professional Services team as a Value Delivery Manager (Project Manager) and lead multiple onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live, partner with Solution Architect and Solution Engineer, ensure continuous communication about project status, goals, scope, risks, and mitigation plans, develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product, actively contribute to best practices and drive continuous improvement to the PMO.

Requirements

• 6+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations, PMP Preferred
• Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
• Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads
• Experience developing risk identification and mitigation plans
• Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives
• Ability to travel up to 10% for key project milestones

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple onboarding projects from kickoff to go-live
• Partner with Solution Architect and Solution Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client’s business goals in addition to their technical requirements
• Ensure continuous communication about project status, goals, scope, risks, and mitigation plans
• Develop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product
• Actively contribute to best practices and drive continuous improvement to the PMO
