Senior Technical Project Manager

Summary

Join our team at Kyruus Health as a Senior Technical Project Manager to help teams operate at their best, build connections between teams, and increase coordination and alignment. You will be responsible for planning and executing cross-team and cross-department projects, communicating with engineers and product managers, and escalating issues to upper management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Project Management/Operations experience or similar role in Program Management / Enablement
• G Suite proficiency; Experience w/ Confluence or similar tool
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor
• Experience with industry-standard software lifecycle management best practices
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
• Comfortable when communicating with multiple roles and teams, adapting communications to a wide variety of audiences
• Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with engineers and product managers at Kyruus and our partners to develop successful solutions
• Effectively coordinate and work across various departments to conquer larger, complicated projects
• Ask the right questions of, and listen actively to, our internal teams to understand changing needs and partner on solutions
• Escalate issues and provide project updates to upper management
• Help identify process issues and work with product and program leadership to document and distribute best practices
