Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technical and growth roles
  • Proven track record of success recruiting in hyper-growth tech companies
  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies for engineering, product, marketing, and sales roles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS) and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Experience with Ashby is a big bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical (engineering, product, technical support) and growth-focused (marketing, sales, business development) roles
  • Partner with department heads across engineering, product, marketing, and sales to define talent needs and design sourcing strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience by managing communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline to meet Bankjoy’s immediate and future hiring needs
  • Work closely with leadership to drive recruitment efforts and meet aggressive hiring targets in a hyper-growth environment
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and deliver progress reports to senior leadership
