Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle Engineering, Product & Design recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates. Specifically focusing in hiring top-tier Product Managers
  • Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to director level positions with a focus on creating a high touch candidate experience
  • Excellent networker and understand how to effectively engage high caliber candidates; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while remaining an active team member

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our Product & Design Leadership Team managing the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process
  • Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
  • Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel and interview processes
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top tech talent
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and tech advancements to ensure we attract the best talent in the industry
  • Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-house recruitment for tech-based startups
