Requirements

  • Work well autonomously in a remote-first environment and take the lead during the hiring process when needed
  • Strong technical recruitment experience is a must
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Motivated and not afraid of ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
  • Have the ability to find innovative and new ways to source candidates outside of the typical channels
  • Demonstrate a passion for Tech Recruiting and an understanding of the complexities therein
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Be a true partner to your businesses and be able to provide them with that expert hands on support
  • Work well autonomously and take the lead during the hiring process when needed
  • Aim to not only build up our current and future pipelines, but also look outwardly toward the Polkadot ecosystem in order to help strengthen strategic relationships within the wider ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Web3 and relevant technologies is a huge bonus
