Summary

Join INDG | Grip as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and leverage your expertise in hiring creative, technical, or engineering talent to shape hiring processes and build exceptional candidate experiences. You will own full-cycle recruitment, source top talent through various platforms, and drive impactful recruitment projects. This role involves advising and coaching hiring managers, championing data-driven decision-making, and proactively shaping recruitment strategies. You will have the flexibility to work remotely or from the Amsterdam office and collaborate with a diverse, international team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within relevant environments and a proven track record of success in hiring for technical and creative roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within SaaS, tech, creative, or advertising environments
• Proven success hiring for technical and/or creative roles (e.g., CGI, 3D, motion design, engineering)
• Experience driving recruitment initiatives from concept to execution (employer branding, training, process improvements)
• Confidence in coaching hiring managers and influencing stakeholders with market insights
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you don’t wait for the brief; you help shape it
• Comfort using data to inform hiring decisions, track progress, and elevate the candidate experience
• Strong English communication skills - written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering and creative disciplines
• Source and engage top talent through platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, and beyond
• Drive important recruitment projects - from employer branding and interview training to AI & automation in hiring
• Advise and coach hiring managers to build strong and scalable hiring practices
• Champion a data-driven mindset - using metrics to continuously improve and inform decisions
