Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for, prepare, and review valuations according to various jurisdictional standards, including 409A (US), UK tax Valuations, and others
  • Develop and maintain template workbooks and reports used in the valuation process to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain market data information sources for use in valuation reports
  • Collaborate with clients when required to understand their unique valuation needs and provide guidance on valuation-related matters
  • Maintenance of the current valuations process, with updates to the process, workbook, and data sources as required
  • Continued professional development to remain up to date with valuation topics
  • Deliver continuous improvement ideas for valuations and non-valuations products and process that will improve both the customer experience and the efficiency of the teams
  • Pro-actively demonstrate and support the culture and values of Vestd

Job summary:

This role will join our growing India team to support the Analytical Support Team Lead in the development and execution of various valuation methodologies across a wide range of company types and jurisdictions.

Overall job responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for, prepare, and review valuations according to various jurisdictional standards, including 409A (US), UK tax Valuations, and others
  • Develop and maintain template workbooks and reports used in the valuation process to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain market data information sources for use in valuation reports
  • Collaborate with clients when required to understand their unique valuation needs and provide guidance on valuation-related matters

Essential

  • All staff must comply with the requirements of Health and Safety Legislation

Desired/Bonus points

  • Other analytical experience within a customer lead environment
  • CFA/CA/MBA
  • Experienced in accounting valuations (FRS102/ IFRS2) and/or commercial valuations
  • Previous experience within a SAAS environment
  • Familiar with various IT applications, eg slack, Hubspot, SQL, Excel macros/google scripts
