Job Summary

As a Senior Web Analyst (12029), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead web analytics projects, delivering impactful insights to key stakeholders.
• Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, RCA) to leadership on a weekly basis, focusing on traffic and e-commerce conversions.
• Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the test readouts and results.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using Adobe Experience Cloud Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Experience manager, etc.)
• Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions, primarily based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data.
• Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software development with a focus on designing and building scalable applications.
• Professional/ Advanced English skills.
• +3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large data sets.
• Experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Posit, and GitHub is a plus.
• Ability to stitch, calibrate, and control the quality of data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter with the ability to overcome organizational challenges while staying focused on goals.
