Requirements

• 5+ years of social media management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple platforms, growing followers, and driving audience engagement
• Proficiency in major social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
• Exceptional English communication skills, including content creation and writing abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to produce actionable performance reports and adjust strategies based on analytics

Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and online presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
• Develop engaging and platform-specific content to ensure high-quality communication and resonance with target audiences
• Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and relevant posts aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
• Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, combining strategic direction with hands-on content production to drive active engagement
• Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media campaigns with corporate milestones and launches
• Manage social media reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and outcomes
• Stay updated on emerging trends in social media tools, channels, and strategies to maintain a competitive and innovative approach
• Build relationships with key influencers and thought leaders to expand community outreach and strengthen influencer partnerships
• Balance hands-on execution with long-term strategic planning to achieve social media and organizational objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a social media team, especially in a healthcare tech or fast-paced tech environment
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating visually compelling content
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles to collaborate effectively with development teams
