Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records: Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, prepare customer invoices, and track receivables
  • General Ledger Accounting: Assist with general ledger maintenance, perform account reconciliations, and prepare adjusting journal entries
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Tax Compliance: Support with tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
  • Budget and Forecasting Support: Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support business planning and strategy
  • Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and schedules during internal and external audits
  • Other Duties: Assist in special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
