Summary
Join the Buckner Children & Family Services Support Center as an unpaid Intern to support the Manager of Program Administration and contribute to the organization's mission by tracking AIP feedback, completing administrative tasks, and developing training programs.
Requirements
- Must be able to commit to working at least 10-15 hours per week during business hours
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Skills needed include time management, organization, and problem-solving. Must be servant-hearted and passionate to learn!
Responsibilities
- Support Manager of Program Administration in establishing communication and project planning strategies for tracking and documenting completion of strategic planning goals in an organizational setting
- Track AIP Feedback and send reminders for tasks
- Complete administrative items that are connected to AIP: Key Deliverables and Action Items
- Support action items tracking for organizational goals
- Provide support with developing training programs and tools in collaboration with MOPA
