Requirements
- Utilize excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Have minimum one year of professional experience in IT Infrastructure implementation and administration, with high-growth operations or startup experience being a plus
- Provide users with a friendly, approachable demeanor, making them feel comfortable seeking help and explaining complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, interacting effectively with your team, other departments, external customers, and third-party suppliers
- Be familiar with managing various applications, including the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence), SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Lever, Slack, Personio, Zoom, etc.), and Identity Providers (Okta, Onelogin, or Google IAM)
Responsibilities
- Maintain essential IT operations and services
- Manage various SaaS applications like Okta, Kandji, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Workato
- Leverage your understanding and experience with APIs to build automation using tools like Workato, Okta Workflows, or Zapier
- Perform maintenance tasks such as application upgrades, remediating OS vulnerabilities, and managing assets
- Manage your own time effectively and continuously strive to improve our IT infrastructure
- Provide internal IT and application support, including troubleshooting outages, retrieving and evaluating logs, and performing root cause analysis
- Apply logical problem-solving skills to create secure and efficient processes for users
- Utilize ABM and MDM solutions to automate the employee on/offboarding process
- Provide users with self-service functionalities to help them resolve issues quickly and independently
- Be responsible for the hardware inventory system, ensuring timely distribution of devices to new employees and coordinating the return of equipment, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideally apply scripting or coding knowledge (Python or Terminal/Powershell) to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
- Be fluent in English and ideally in German
