Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development
- Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides
- Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling
- Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment)
- Strong understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP/ TCP. Understand osi session protocols
- Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance
Responsibilities
- Lead new services and integrations from concept through implementation
- Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones
- Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems
- Coordinates the process of development, testingΒ and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operation
- Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product
