Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows-based systems and applications
• Perform disk clearing, cleanup, and optimization
• Run backup jobs using backup software (e.g., Veeam, Veritas)
• Install, configure, and patch applications and operating systems
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation tasks
• Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation
• Use ServiceNow ticketing services for incident management
• Create, update, and resolve tickets
• Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds)
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
