Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and operations to identify business needs and design system solutions
  • Lead biweekly prioritization and execution of system operations
  • Build and maintain custom objects, flows, and reports in Salesforce
  • Administer and optimize other go-to-market tools like DealHub and Clari
  • Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and tools like Gong, NetSuite, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across systems
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide support
  • Recommend best practices to drive operational excellence

This role is critical to ensuring Tropic’s key revenue systems are integrated seamlessly and designed to our business needs. You will be responsible for Salesforce management and integrations while also building out and optimizing our systems architecture to support scale and growth. You’ll collaborate with the Go-To-Market, Operations, and Finance teams to design the systems and processes they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years in systems administration, consulting, or a related role
  • Expertise in Salesforce administration and SOQL/Apex
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations

  • Strong ability to work consultatively with non-technical teams

Compensation

Specific to pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position starts at $115,000and may also include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
