Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions, including sourcing, conducting behavioral interviews, and extending offers
  • Execute high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring all candidates are assessed through a behavioral interview lens
  • Use behavioral thematics to analyze candidate responses, identifying patterns that predict success and cultural alignment within the company
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and behavioral competencies needed for success
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly capable talent pool
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends, particularly those related to behavioral interviewing and talent acquisition strategies

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in high-volume recruitment and behavioral interviewing to focus on hiring entry-level talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for recruiting, and possesses a deep understanding of behavioral thematics. You will play a key role in ensuring our new hires not only have the skills to succeed but also the right mindset and cultural alignment.

In (6 Months) you will:

What you need to be successful:

Your Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $38,045-$64,210. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
