Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for tech and non-tech roles: from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, develop and execute strategies to meet the company’s hiring goals
  • Actively source and engage candidates, conduct in-depth screening interviews, and present hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified applicants
  • Ensure a smooth process from start to finish, guiding candidates through each stage up to offer acceptance
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at each recruitment stage. Coordinate interviews, maintain post-interview engagement, debrief with hiring managers and interviewers, and effectively communicate our company’s story, vision, and culture
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs
  • Partner closely with international hiring teams to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent
  • Be an ambassador of our brand (LinkedIn posts, hiring candidates against our values…), participate in events to improve our employer branding and strategy around hiring and retention
  • Transversal Projects: work on various talent acquisition and people & impact projects such as Employer branding, tools optimization and onboarding process

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to participate in our recruitment efforts and attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

The role will focus on building and executing innovative recruitment strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company culture and contribute to our growth.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
