Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for a different roles across different departments
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing recruitment strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Complete fluency in English and experience in a multicultural environment - another language will be appreciated such as French
- Proven organization, structure and ability to prioritize projects
- Passion for international environments that change fast and are rich in ambition
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for tech and non-tech roles: from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, develop and execute strategies to meet the companyโs hiring goals
- Actively source and engage candidates, conduct in-depth screening interviews, and present hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified applicants
- Ensure a smooth process from start to finish, guiding candidates through each stage up to offer acceptance
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at each recruitment stage. Coordinate interviews, maintain post-interview engagement, debrief with hiring managers and interviewers, and effectively communicate our companyโs story, vision, and culture
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs
- Partner closely with international hiring teams to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Be an ambassador of our brand (LinkedIn posts, hiring candidates against our valuesโฆ), participate in events to improve our employer branding and strategy around hiring and retention
- Transversal Projects: work on various talent acquisition and people & impact projects such as Employer branding, tools optimization and onboarding process
